I was watching the video that is linked above and I know that I needed to hear this. It is a timely word so I am sharing it with whomsoever will be willing to hear it and obey. Obedience is better than sacrifice!

What is highlighted in my heart at this moment is:

Speak the PROMISE don't speak the problem! Let it go. It is dead wood and needs to be removed from your life because it is causing damage as long as it is there. The dragon is the problem. Suffocate it. Don't give it air. Speak scriptures. 

Make a joyful noise unto the Lord! 

I will enter your gates with thanksgiving in my heart. I will enter your courts with praise! I will say this is the day that the Lord has made. I will rejoice for He has made me glad! He has made me glad, He has made me glad, I will rejoice for He has made me glad!

I pray this is a blessing to you!

An Amazing Man of God ...

Went Home to Jesus yesterday, June 25, 2020.

I met William (Brother Billy) Forrest 53 weeks and 6 days ago. My best friend of 37 years and I went to lunch at Denny's & invited an older gentleman from her daughter's church to eat with us. Little did I know how that one lunch meeting would change my life!

Brother Billy's wife, Christine, went home to be with the Lord on December 31, 2010. He told us that it was 8 years, 6 months, and 13 days since she left him. During our lunch conversation it was revealed that Brother Billy and his Christine met in school. She was the only girl that Brother Billy ever kissed on the lips! After graduation, they married and started out as share croppers with $100 to their name. Brother Billy became a preacher and started churches in Georgia. Brother Billy said his Christine taught him the value of saving, so they always put a little back. He played guitar, self taught, and sang! It was always a joyful time to hear him play and sing! He always sang to Christine each night before he would go to sleep.

I have never seen a mortal love so deep as the one that Brother Billy shared with his wife, Christine! The purity of his love for her and hers for him will stay with me for the rest of my life and beyond! Yes, Jesus loves me unconditionally and nothing compares to that love! Brother Billy would totally agree!

Tammie and I went to visit Brother Billy last Saturday, June 20th. It was 53 weeks to the day since I first met him. Brother Billy joined in as he could when we sang these songs:

After worship in song, Brother Billy led all of us that were there in Communion. It was a wonderful time! I knew that this would be the last time I would see Brother Billy this side of Heaven! He passed away 4 days later. I cannot be sad ... he finished the race ... loving Jesus with his whole heart, mind, soul, and strength!

I just wanted to do a quick blog post to honor the man that the Lord allowed me to meet and gave me the privilege and honor to minister to through prayer cards and letters. I pray for a special anointing of Salvation on those cards and letters! That anyone that touches them or reads them will feel a mighty call of Holy Spirit to accept Jesus as their Savior! I don't think he ever knew what a blessing he was to so many, myself included! Brother Billy, after 9 years, 6 months and 25 days: you went home to meet Jesus and are reunited with your beloved Christine! We will miss you very much but are so happy you are HOME now and free of pain!

Be encouraged everyone! Look to the Lord! Rely and Trust in Him! We are in the final seconds before Jesus' return, nothing is happening here that God hasn't allowed. Christians, this is as bad as it gets for us! We go in the Rapture before the Tribulation starts. If you aren't saved, you need to give your heart to Jesus while there is yet time!

UPDATE: I also did not know, until a couple of weeks later, that meeting with Brother Billy at his house to sing and take communion together would be the last time my BFF & I would do anything together face-to-face. I did reach out to her in a letter on July 10, 2020 but nothing came of it.  God knew how, why, and when this would happen. Trust in Him for everything!

Worship "in spirit and in truth" ...

Worship comes in many forms:
Prayer -- pray His word back to Him, praise and give thanks, listen to  music and sing, spend time in His presence, listen to Holy Spirit and renew your joy in the Lord. These are only a few ways, there are many more. Worship is not just for a corporate body of believers but it is also a personal and private experience between each of us and God!

“But the time is coming—indeed it’s here now—when true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and in truth. The Father is looking for those who will worship Him that way.” –John 4:23 

The good news is, you can worship God "in spirit and in truth" anywhere — and worship is a powerful spiritual exercise in any believer’s life.

What Does Worshiping ‘in Truth’ Mean?

“Beware lest anyone cheat you through philosophy and empty deceit, according to the tradition of men, according to the basic principles of the world, and not according to Christ” (Colossians 2:8, NKJV). 
 We do not worship as the world believes! Rather we focus on the message and the truth of Jesus Christ. 
“Let the message about Christ, in all its richness, fill your lives. Teach and counsel each other with all the wisdom he gives. Sing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs to God with thankful hearts” (Colossians 3:16).

The Bible outlines seven different types of worship, and they are all appropriate, with each having its place. Let’s examine them: 

Barak–To kneel, to bless God, to bow down -- Barak means to bow down to, or kneel before, the Lord. It communicates that the Lord holds a place of importance and helps us remember just how great He is. Barak is not done out of a begging attitude but rather an expectant attitude, because the Lord is more than willing and able to move on our behalf. Psalm 72:12-15

Halal–To be clear, to shine, to boast, to show, to rave, to celebrate, to be clamorously foolish -- Halal appears more than 110 times in the Old Testament. It translates as to shine, boast, rave about, celebrate or even to be clamorously foolish. Can you imagine a more wondrous noise raving about about all the Lord is and all He has done? 1 Chronicles 16:4

Shabach–To shout loudly, to command -- Shabach means to shout loudly or command. Of course, it isn’t simply about being loud. Its focus is to worship the Lord with one’s whole being. Psalm 47:1

Tehillah–To sing praises, singing out of the spirit spontaneously -- Tehillah means to sing unrehearsed, unplanned praises to the Lord. It can include adding words to an existing song or even singing in the spirit to the Lord. Psalm 22:3

Towdah–Extending hands, acting out of thanksgiving for what has or will be done -- Towdah is a type of worship that includes extending your hands or raising them in thanksgiving for something that has been done or will be done. Psalm 50:23

Yadah– Extending the hands vigourously -- Yadah means to extend your hands vigorously as in complete surrender. 2 Chronicles 20:21

Zamar – To touch the strings, to make music with instruments, mostly rejoicing -- Zamar means to touch the strings. It involves rejoicing and making music to the Lord. Psalm 150:3-6

Allow the Holy Spirit to speak to you about the seven ways to worship "in spirit and in truth."  Remember, praising God is to be on our lips, or spoken (Isaiah 57:19), and we are to do it continually as a sacrifice (Hebrews 13:15). God promises that when we praise and worship Him, He inhabits those praises (Psalm 22:3), and it gives us strength to defeat our enemy (Psalm 8:2)

I don't know where you are walking today. Are you at peace? Are you worried? Are you hurting? Are you happy? It doesn't matter what state you find yourself during these chaotic times ... always remember ... THERE WAS JESUS! 

In Revelation 2:4 , Jesus says to the church in Ephesus, “But I have this against you, that you have left your first love.” 
It means “first in time or place; first in rank; first, at the first” (Strong's #4413 - πρῶτος - Old & New Testament Greek Lexicon ).


If this is where you find yourself, look to the Lord and return to your FIRST LOVE! If you don't know Jesus as your Savior, NOW is the best time to accept His sacrifice for YOU! This may be the very last time you hear this ... we are not promised our next breath ... so don't put it off!

Bride of Christ: We Go When ...

GOD the Father sends Jesus for us! 

Truly ... do any of you think our opinion on this matters? For the record: Pre-trib Rapture of His Bride is of the Lord. You either believe it or you don't, but if you keep preaching to others that the rapture does not exist, God's wrath will fall on you.

The wise virgins have oil in their lamps and are watching for they know their Bridegroom comes IMMEDIATELY! 
Forgive each other IMMEDIATELY. 
Pray for one another IMMEDIATELY. 
Whatever you hear in your spirit to do, be obedient and do it IMMEDIATELY! 

IMMEDIATELY definition: without any delay.

What Would You Do ...

If you were like the woman with an issue of blood in the Bible. If you don't know of her, here are the scriptures with explanations.

WOMAN WITH ISSUE OF BLOOD

The Woman Who Was Healed By A Touch

God has not, does not, and will not change! The miracles in the Bible ARE still available today. Like the woman with the issue of blood for 12 years ... society said she was 'unclean' but her faith was strong enough that if she could get to Jesus and just touch the hem of His garment, she would be made whole! 

I am publicly taking a step of FAITH right now! I believe that God WILL heal me - of everything that is wrong with me (even including scars from surgery) in His appointed time. In addition to my health, there are years that have been stolen from me that God is going to restore. Holy Spirit confirms this to me every time I think of it, speak of it, write it down ... any way that I communicate my belief in His promise as He has shown it to me.

In the course or our life, we all have habits that we don't really think about. We have weekend habits. We have week day habits. We have habits we are comfortable with and habits we would like to stop doing. Are you ready to live a life that is Holy? Are you ready to give the habits that are not pleasing to God and ask Him for help in laying them down? Time is short. Make the most of it!

1 Peter 1:16(KJV) 

Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy.

Are you living for your Savior?  Are you living for yourself? Are you just doing the minimum needed to get by?  

How much fuel do YOU have?

It all depends on you and your choices. No one can walk this life for you. No one can make this decision for you. Will you be lukewarm or will you be on fire for the Lord?

Seek Nourishment ...

for your spirit as the days grow darker yet.

When the days are busy, loud, and not encouraging ... let go of this non-nutritional worldly life. There is nothing in this world that will feed your spirit, heart, soul or mind. Only time spent with the Creator of ALL THINGS will bring you love, comfort, healing, and give you nourishment to grow.

Look at each day Step-By-Step or else it will become overwhelming and discouraging. We are to lift our eyes to the hills where our help comes from. If you don't know how to simplify your life into what God wants it to be ... ASK HIM! If you are truly sincere in wanting to follow His Plan for your life, you have to ask and BE WILLING to do what you hear Him tell you. Don't be like the rich young man that wanted to enter the kingdom of Heaven, but upon learning he had to sell all and give to the poor, he turned back. He was NOT WILLING - his worldly treasures were his priorities -- to his thinking the cost was too high. [Matthew 19:16–30, Mark 10:17–31 and Luke 18:18–30].

Letting go of what your flesh wants, every day, while seeking God and His Will ... this is the only way to be content in this life. [Philippians 4:12]. We can fill our days up with so much, that in the end doesn't matter, that when we see a real need and higher purpose for our lives and time ... we get discouraged and think we just cannot do it. That is a lie from the pits of Hell. Satan would like nothing better than to steal your joy, rob you of your peace, and pour defeatism into you!

Don't give in to that! When you put on your armor, why are you told to take up the Shield of Faith??? -- To QUENCH the fiery darts of the wicked -- what are those things? Anything that attacks, tries to slip in under your guard, brings despair and despondency, obscures your vision so you cannot see anything but darkness surrounding you. SEE and HEAR the TRUTH: You have access to eyes to see, ears to hear, [Matthew 13:15-17].

Truly there is NOTHING in this WORLD that holds a candle to what God has planned for you for ETERNITY!

So many watchmen are giving warnings so that others can hear and not be left behind. There is also an outpouring of His Spirit ...

Mark 10:15 Verily I say unto you, Whosoever shall not receive the kingdom of God as a little child, he shall not enter therein.

Matthew 18:2-4
2 And Jesus called a little child unto him, and set him in the midst of them,
3 And said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven.
4 Whosoever therefore shall humble himself as this little child, the same is greatest in the kingdom of heaven.

In these final moments, for truly Jesus could come for us at any second, are you saved, secure, doing the work of the Father, sharing His Love? Are you walking with Jesus, in The Spirit, totally sold out to God? Where are your treasures ... if they are in this world - you need to repent before God. For where your treasure is, there your heart is also!

I caution you not to make light of the Holy Spirit nor those on the front lines of this War for Souls. Truly, you do not know their walk with God, what He has called them to do, what they do in their prayer closets! Now is the time to lift up in prayer and stand in the gap - side by side - with those God has asked to love and obey Him. Not in man's ways .. but walking each step in the path Jesus shows to each of His Children.

Does something like this ever cross your mind: How big is God, really?
Have you, or have you seen others, try to fit God into a 'box'? God wants us to know Him! He is delighted when we ask to 'see' Him. Why would I say that? Remember when Moses asked to see God? God hid Moses in the cleft of the rock (the rock is a foreshadowing of Jesus). If you read this, ask Holy Spirit to explain it to you. Exodus 33 He loves to teach us!

As For Me ...

When God answers prayers ... it is a sad tendency of people to go back to being complacent! Their forward momentum is stopped. As though they have 'arrived' and nothing else is required. Brothers and Sisters, this could not be further from the truth! God is looking for repentance and true change in the hearts of the American people. This is only the first step. We must continue in fervent prayer for God's Will to be done on earth as it is in Heaven!

Are We Believing God's Promises ...

Abba, Father, we come into Your Majestic Presence with Thanksgiving. We enter into Your courts with Praise! We say this is the day that You have made: we will Rejoice and be glad in it! Holy, Holy, Holy are you Lord! Blessed be the Lord God Almighty, who was, and is, and is to come. King of Kings and Lord of Lords! We thank you for answering the prayers of your children, as we prayed for Your Man to win this election: Trump/Pence President/Vice President-elect. We continue to stand in the gap for our nation. Lord, please accept our personal repentance and help us to pray Your Will even more effectively with the short time left to us. Please continue to remind us that we are your warriors, servants, the salt and light on this earth with responsibilities in these positions. The Time Has Come ...

to be faithful to fulfill our purpose!

I am sharing the following prayer, written by Becky Thomas, that it may be a blessing to many others as Holy Spirit leads them to it and touches their hearts.

Dear Heavenly Father, Praise Your Holy Name ... The time has come for Us to fulfill scripture Lord ... show us ... each one of us, what our role is in these last days ... So we can be used at the perfect time and in the best way ... We surrender all to You and want Your Will in our lives. We pray we can be counted worthy to escape what is about to happen but, if we can be used in any way, make us realize what Job is ours personally ... resurrect righteousness in us ... We open the door and invite you in to come and break bread with us ... to pitch your tent with us ... to empower us in knowledge and truth ... engulf us with Your Glory ... as You are The savior to our eyes and ears and heart and mind and souls ... "My daughter, write my words for those with ears to hear:
My children, many of you scurry from prophet to prophet and from teacher to teacher to hear glimpses of My truth. You want to know how and when. I ask you this, My children: Instead of seeking the answer to a question, when am I returning for My church, seek to learn who I AM and getting to know who I AM you will be shown the answers to other questions that you have. Instead of giving up on living for Me in this time and place, press into Me and live for Me, being My mighty vessels of hope to your family, friends and acquaintances. You are not here for no purpose. Your purpose is My love. Your purpose is living in and sharing My love and plan of salvation with the lost. Some of My children have different gifts from one another. This is true. And, yes; I do call upon My children to watch and be aware of signs, but if you're purely focused on the signs and do not know Me, what good is that for My Kingdom? My children, you can have such an amazing journey with Me if you allow My Holy Spirit to be your guide. Again, I say, if all you focus on is the timing of My rapture, and you do not pursue intimacy with Me in prayer and in studying My Word, you will not share in the Glory of knowing me personally. You will not receive peace that passes all your understanding. You will be blown by the waves of life's problems and will constantly be in the need of a rescue; jumping from one fire to the next, always a victim of circumstance. Live out My power now, my children. Receive from Me My power and Glory from intimacy from Me. What must I do, you ask, to come into a closer relationship with you, Lord? What you must do, My children, is be still. Be still. Be still. Allow Me to take each of your thoughts captive and make it My own. Allow Me to determine your steps and your emotions. Do not be emotional over the things of this earth for if you are reacting to these things, you are not understanding your place in My Kingdom. You already belong to My Kingdom, My children. You are not of this world, so why do so many of you struggle with the things of this world? You are children of the Most High. You have already set yourselves apart and belong to Me now. You must receive My Glory to shine in it. You must shine in My Glory to share it. So, will you continue on your earthly journey now, or will you receive My Glory and walk in a supernatural journey with Me? My ways will never bore you. Nothing we ever do together will be for naught. Allow Me to lift you out of whatever circumstance that is holding you down. Allow Me to break the chains of bondage that hold you in the prison of this world. Allow Me to clothe you in righteous and majestic robes for our journey. Do not remain tethered to this world. Be the new creation I have set forth in you. Believe the enemy's lies no longer and be filled to overflowing with My Holy Spirit walking in My Glory and Majesty with Me. Do this by no longer buying what the enemy is selling. When you allow Me in, when you study Me, when you worship Me ... when I AM your focus, his lies will become meaningless and your life will be a reflection of My Glory, of My love, and so many will long for what you have. They will long for the peace that reigns in your heart. My children, give me a chance to show you. Give Me a chance to overflow you. Get to know Me and you will never be the same. God is Boundless and Unlimited ...

Yet fallen man continues to try to put God in a box to fit man's limited image!

As we grow and learn more about God, we should see the Truth of how VAST God is and what a wonder that He would be mindful of any of us! We are less than 'no-see-ums' when compared to His creation! Yet, He Loves us and chose to die for each one of us rather than live Eternity without us! How humbling that knowledge is to me. I say as Job did when God spoke to him (Job 38) ... how can I reply? I place my hand over my mouth.

What qualities make a faithful friend?

Let me just first say that I have never had an urge to give this kind of message before and I believe it is very serious.
This is a warning from The LORD to the church of Jesus Christ.
This is what the Holy Spirit keeps saying to me.
"Judgment on America has been set for a long time now, My judgment on sin has been since the very beginning but I AM longsuffering and merciful, not willing that any should perish but that all would come to repentance through the knowledge of My sacrifice for their sins.
I AM warning my church to pray so that there may be mercy in the judgment. The events over the next 10 days will totally change the very fabric and structure of both America and the world. I AM warning you, not to pray against judgment for it is already here and it will not be stopped or turned around. It will only be how much protection that I will give to those who ask for it.
Specifically My people pray for Cleveland Ohio for there are very many evil, dark plans for the next 10 days. If these plans come to fruition the harshness of the judgment will be more severe than they otherwise would. Pray for the protection of Donald Trump and running mate Mike Pence."
Please hear what I AM is saying! I AM is not saying that they will win the office of the presidency of America. I AM is saying that if the plans of the enemy are allowed to go forth unhindered, they will be killed and terrible things will occur before the time that they would have. Pray for the lost that they will turn their hearts to me in repentance and receive Jesus as their savior. Pray for the church as a whole to be ready for the former and latter day outpouring.
Remember He always prefers mercy over judgment but the country as a whole is under His judgment.
He will only show mercy to those who are His and those who protection is prayed over.
Heed the message and do not delay, the time is NOW!
Let the church of Jesus Christ be United, fall on your faces Now in intercession.

Our works and service for God shows our Love and Gratitude to Him! This is totally separate from Grace! We love and serve Him because He first loved us! We are hypocrites if we claim to be christians but we do not really love God. Do we show the love of Christ in our thoughts, words, and deeds? Now is the time to be sober, to be vigilant, to love our neighbors as ourselves. Are we making ourselves ready for our Bridegroom? Have we submitted to the Lord and allowed Him to mold us and make us His way? You will have to take the time and make the effort to show God that He is important in your life in order for Him to take you seriously. He needs to see you as someone who really loves Him and not just as someone you talk to when you want something.

Abba, Father, I bring before You all that come to this page sending up a special prayer of intercession for each of them. You know who will come here, Lord, as it is your Holy Spirit that will direct them: sinner or saint. I willingly choose to stand in the gap for each of these, Lord. I humbly bow down before You and repent for them. I am so grateful for how much love You show me, for all You have done for me, for all You have taught me. May I continue to be obedient, even when I don't understand. I ask for help in my weakness, Father, for when I am weak then I am strong in You! In Jesus Name. Amen!

Standing In The Gap ...

What does that mean? The following is from a Brother in the Lord, YBSMike, that Holy Spirit gave an explanation to share for 'standing in the gap'. Mike gave me his permission to publish this. I did not post it in its entirety, but just the key points. Please seek God's wisdom and do be blessed as you read it!

** Standing in the Gap ** 

This is my (YBSMike) interpretation of standing in the gap.

What the Father is asking of us, is to be prepared 1st, because we are very, very close to the start of tribulation. When it starts, He will ask most to kneel, and Pray for those who will die "in sin" during this time. To those who offer to "stand in the gap", they are volunteering to suffer VERY, VERY, VERY MUCH, so that the sins of those sinners who never knew Jesus, can be atoned for, through that suffering. Atone means to "make up for" basically so atoning, is paying the price for another, or making amends for another. To make it as clear as possible, what Jesus did for all of humanity, by taking the sins of others, through His terrible sufferings, He's now asking some of us to do for the last generation, which is the worst and most sinful generation.

Jesus DID die for ALL of our sins, but that only applies to those who confess, repent and come to Him. The "gap" is best understood as "the people who are not covered by the death of Jesus", because they have not called on Him, confessed and repented for those sins. This is the "gap" spoken of in this video.  Even though they did not repent, have never called on Jesus for salvation, or even change their sinful ways prior to death, through His unlimited Mercy, Jesus has STILL made it possible for them to go to Heaven, through intercessory, or others Praying for them, and atonement. You can offer this, and having done this myself in the past, on a lesser level, I can tell you that it will pummel you near or even at the edge of suicide type feelings very quickly, so bad can the feelings of despair be. It's tremendously difficult and should not be asked lightly, unless you are stable, and very secure in your own relationship with God. 

I hope this helps newer Christians to understand what is being asked of them in this video. "standing in the gap" is a monumental thing to offer to the Lord, and as hard as it may be at times, nothing can touch those who are in that state. It's like being in the palm of God. The rewards in Heaven will be tremendous for all who are included in this group, but at the same time, not one will be frowned upon or considered any lesser than all others who enter Heaven, if they choose not to offer this help to their brothers and sisters in Christ. This is my understanding, and Jesus has used similar examples before, to make me confident enough to say that.

Stand In The Gap!
God’s Word calls us to stand in the gap, interceding for those around us, and forming a hedge of protection around them. We do this by always being prepared to speak God’s truth to them appropriately, and constantly offering intercessory prayer in their behalf. We are foolish and useless if we fail in this responsibility.
Thus says the Lord GOD; Woe unto the foolish prophets, that follow their own spirit, and have seen nothing! You have not stood in the gaps, nor have you made up the hedge for the house of Israel to stand in the battle in the day of the LORD. (Eze. 13:3, 5)

You do not have to choose to stand in the gap. This information is for everyone to be able to make a wise choice.
