Worship "in spirit and in truth" ...

Worship comes in many forms:
Prayer -- pray His word back to Him, praise and give thanks, listen to  music and sing, spend time in His presence, listen to Holy Spirit and renew your joy in the Lord. These are only a few ways, there are many more. Worship is not just for a corporate body of believers but it is also a personal and private experience between each of us and God!

“But the time is coming—indeed it’s here now—when true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and in truth. The Father is looking for those who will worship Him that way.” –John 4:23

The good news is, you can worship God "in spirit and in truth" anywhere — and worship is a powerful spiritual exercise in any believer’s life.

What Does Worshiping ‘in Truth’ Mean?

“Beware lest anyone cheat you through philosophy and empty deceit, according to the tradition of men, according to the basic principles of the world, and not according to Christ” (Colossians 2:8, NKJV).
We do not worship as the world believes! Rather we focus on the message and the truth of Jesus Christ.
“Let the message about Christ, in all its richness, fill your lives. Teach and counsel each other with all the wisdom he gives. Sing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs to God with thankful hearts” (Colossians 3:16).

The Bible outlines seven different types of worship, and they are all appropriate, with each having its place. Let’s examine them:

Barak–To kneel, to bless God, to bow down -- Barak means to bow down to, or kneel before, the Lord. It communicates that the Lord holds a place of importance and helps us remember just how great He is. Barak is not done out of a begging attitude but rather an expectant attitude, because the Lord is more than willing and able to move on our behalf. Psalm 72:12-15

Halal–To be clear, to shine, to boast, to show, to rave, to celebrate, to be clamorously foolish -- Halal appears more than 110 times in the Old Testament. It translates as to shine, boast, rave about, celebrate or even to be clamorously foolish. Can you imagine a more wondrous noise raving about about all the Lord is and all He has done? 1 Chronicles 16:4

Shabach–To shout loudly, to command -- Shabach means to shout loudly or command. Of course, it isn’t simply about being loud. Its focus is to worship the Lord with one’s whole being. Psalm 47:1

Tehillah–To sing praises, singing out of the spirit spontaneously -- Tehillah means to sing unrehearsed, unplanned praises to the Lord. It can include adding words to an existing song or even singing in the spirit to the Lord. Psalm 22:3

Towdah–Extending hands, acting out of thanksgiving for what has or will be done -- Towdah is a type of worship that includes extending your hands or raising them in thanksgiving for something that has been done or will be done. Psalm 50:23

Yadah– Extending the hands vigourously -- Yadah means to extend your hands vigorously as in complete surrender. 2 Chronicles 20:21

Zamar – To touch the strings, to make music with instruments, mostly rejoicing -- Zamar means to touch the strings. It involves rejoicing and making music to the Lord. Psalm 150:3-6

Allow the Holy Spirit to speak to you about the seven ways to worship "in spirit and in truth."  Remember, praising God is to be on our lips, or spoken (Isaiah 57:19), and we are to do it continually as a sacrifice (Hebrews 13:15). God promises that when we praise and worship Him, He inhabits those praises (Psalm 22:3), and it gives us strength to defeat our enemy (Psalm 8:2)

"Be Thou My Vision" by Eden's Bridge

This hymn has called to my Irish heart since the first I heard it! I am half Irish on my Mom's side and these words light a spiritual fire in my heart whenever I hear it and sing it in worship!
I researched a little of its history and added a link if you want to know more. If you choose to listen, may you be blessed with God's majesty and presence with full knowledge in your heart that our High King of Heaven loves and protects us always!

The following is found in the video description:
Fire glowed against the visage of St. Patrick as he lit yet another candle in the dark Irish churchyard on Slane Hill. The fire reminded him of Christ, Redeemer and light of his life. Opposite the churchyard was Tara, where resided the pagan High King Lóegaire-- the man who outlawed candles in Ireland. But it was the eve of Easter, 433 A.D. and St. Patrick was determined to glorify God that night. And thus began the hymn.

"Therefore, on that day when I was rebuked, as I have just mentioned, I saw in a vision of the night a document before my face, without honour, and meanwhile I heard a divine prophecy, saying to me: 'We have seen with displeasure the face of the chosen one divested of name.' And he did not say 'You have seen with displeasure', but 'We have seen with displeasure' (as if He included Himself) . He said then: 'He who touches you, touches the apple of my eye.'"-- Saint Patrick

This is very true for me, especially with this hymn!
"Sometimes hymn singing invites us to connect with the saints who have gone before. Such is the case with the famous Irish hymn, "Be Thou my vision." The original poem, found in two Irish manuscripts in the library of the Royal Irish Academy, may be dated as early as the 8th century." Jesus' Bride

{Original publish date of 11/7/15 at 1:31 AM}

I Love You, Lord

God, you alone created me.
What I will become, You now see.
Each day You strengthen and sustain
Holding my heart, to keep it from pain.

I dedicate all my life to You.
Let each day prove me to be true.
To serve You and to do Your will.
No matter the cost -- Your plans fulfill.

You've opened my eyes to see so clear.
You've anointed my ears that I might hear,
Your slightest whisper in the night
Fills my heart with purest delight.

My love for You flows with joy from my heart.
With such purity it drowns the enemy's dart.
You have proven yourself again and again
As my greatest treasure and very best Friend.

You care for me with such gentleness and grace,
I long for the day when I gaze upon your face.
Adorned in the beautiful gown of the Bride
With my Savior, Jesus, standing beside.

It's hard for my finite mind to understand
Why you would choose me for this love so grand,
There's no way to repay what You've so freely given
Until I met You --- I knew 'nuthin' 'bout livin'.

My thanks to you hardly seems enough.
You hold me so close when times get rough.
Yet my love for You is all that You ask.
This You want from me is an easy task.

So Father this letter, to You from me,
Is sent from a captive, now joyously free!
All that I am, I surrender to You.
The King of my heart, Faithful and True.

Anna

2 Corinthians 11:2 - For I am jealous over you with godly jealousy: for I have espoused you to one husband, that I may present you as a chaste virgin to Christ.

Ephesians 5:27 - That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.

Revelation 19:7-9
7 Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready.
8 And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints.
9 And he saith unto me, Write, Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb. And he saith unto me, These are the true sayings of God.

Friends

© Anita M. Weld 1996

What qualities make a faithful friend?
One on whom you can depend
To speak the truth without offense.
To share their thoughts without pretense.

It takes sincerely loving God.
To willingly walk the path Jesus trod.
To lay their life down for their friend
When help is needed, hand and heart extend.

A true friend is very rare indeed.
So many can't see beyond their own need.
Their hardness of heart won't comfort me
I can love as Jesus or choose to flee.

I have friends that let me be
All that I am and see what God sees.
I have truly found treasures so rare.
I honor those whose friendship I share!

Throughout each storm,
You are the calm.
To wounded hearts,
You are the balm.
Panoramic--
You see one view.
Microscopic--
Is your view, too!
Our Dimensions
Are four daily.
Your Dimensions--
Infinity!
Our struggle here
Isn't hard to see.
To comprehend
"How vast are Thee?"
We see darkly,
As through a glass.
Yet to know you,
One must but ask.

Change the Way You Think

Have you ever heard the saying "a mind is a terrible thing to waste'? Our minds have so much capacity for good, to learn, create, think and grow, and it's a tragedy when we don't use them to their highest potential.

There was a time in my life when I allowed too many damaging thoughts to enter my mind, negative, tormenting, guilty, unforgiving, shameful and accusing thoughts. The problem was that I had no idea I could control my thoughts or choose which thoughts I focused on and believed in.

I didn't realize that if I was thinking something that wasn't true, I had the power to stop. No one ever told me I could win in my mind. Has anyone ever told you? If not, then I'm here today to tell you that you don't have to let your thoughts control you. You can choose to think and focus on God-thoughts!

Romans 12:2 says to "let God transform you, by changing the way you think." God wants to help you win the battle in your mind. But what does that look like on a practical level?

Here's what has worked countless times for me and what I know will work for you too: The next time you're wrestling in your mind, I want you to stop and find something specific that you can thank God for. Tell Him how grateful you are for His goodness and all the rich ways He's blessed your life. As you're diligent to do this, you will see your life begin to change and things will get better and better.

It's my hope and prayer that you will know the power God has given you and that every day in your thoughts, you will walk in the fullness of His love for you!

God, I want to experience Your power in my thought life. I choose to focus on Your goodness and Your love for me. No matter what negative thought comes my way, I know that You are so much bigger and better.

Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will. Romans 12:2

Do Not Disrespect Others ...

To disrespect someone is to disrespect God. It does not please God when we disrespect his creation. We are created in God's image. We are in the wrong when we call people names or labels and use words that ultimately hurt them.

2 Kings 2:23-24
He went up from there to Bethel, and while he was going up on the way, some small boys came out of the city and jeered at him, saying, “Go up, you baldhead! Go up, you baldhead!” And he turned around, and when he saw them, he cursed them in the name of the Lord. And two she-bears came out of the woods and tore forty-two of the boys.
Ephesians 4:29
Let no corrupting talk come out of your mouths, but only such as is good for building up, as fits the occasion, that it may give grace to those who hear.
Ephesians 5:4
Let there be no filthiness nor foolish talk nor crude joking, which are out of place, but instead let there be thanksgiving.

Sadly, many times 'humor' is a tool to malign someone. How can you know if you are disrespecting someone? Do your words build someone up or tear them down?

Some Examples of tearing down:

Do your words encourage / highlight / support the 'You ain't from around here, are ya?" mentality?
Rather than calling attention to differences, God is pleased when we build up / edify others. Not tear them down by saying things that promote isolation / non-acceptance.

Have you heard someone joke about people who are 'bipolar' ...  that they should just let go of one pole? How disrespectful to make light of this condition!!!

Have you ever taken a serious medical condition, proceeded to trivialize it and (in a joking tone - so that makes it okay - right?), then proceeded to say you could call the person experiencing these medical symptoms a 'dizzy blonde'?
Humor has no place when dealing with medical issues.
Instead of feeling valued, the person, who is the butt of the joke, instead feels isolated and disparaged.

Ministry in song to show us the importance of words and to lift our thoughts and inspire us to pure words lifting up others:

If your first reaction to this post is 'the person that was hurt has a problem, not me': Please meditate on your words and actions. Are they Positive? Prone to being Negative? What can you do to make a change for the good?

Depend on God: Moment-by-Moment

We grow in FAITH through surrendering our will and our way to God: learning to depend upon Him each moment of the day and night.

How many times have you prayed to Father stating what you want 'to have' or 'to have done' ... without giving a moment's thought to what is God's Will and what would He direct you to do? This is a major difference between childish faith and childlike faith. Childish is immature, self-seeking, demanding where Childlike is innocent, trusting, depending totally on Father in all things.

I recommend that you take some time to sit quietly and honestly at the Lord's feet and ask Holy Spirit to shine His light upon your heart and mind. Anything illuminated that should be eliminated can be quickly taken care of there. If we have learned and are receptive to Christ speaking His rhēma-word within to impart faith, this will become easier and easier to do. Romans 8:16-17 and Romans 10:17 "So faith proceeds from (spiritual) hearing; moreover this hearing (is consummated) through a rhēma-word (4487 /rhḗma) from Christ" (Gk text).

Teknon - Greek - Strong's 5043
5043 téknon – properly, a child; (figuratively) anyone living in full dependence on the heavenly Father, i.e. fully (willingly) relying upon the Lord in glad submission. This prompts God to transform them into His likeness.
5043 /téknon ("a child living in willing dependence") illustrates how we must all live in utter dependence upon the Lord (moment-by-moment), drawing guidance (care, nurture) from our heavenly Father. 5043 (téknon) emphasizes the childlike (not childish) attitude of heart that willingly (gladly) submits to the Father's plan. We profoundly learn this as we are receptive to Christ speaking His rhēma-word within to impart faith (cf. Ro 8:16,17 with Ro 10:17, Gk text).
 Difference Between Childish and Childlike
Although the words childish and childlike appear similar to one another, these two words show a difference between them as they have completely different meanings. Being childish is when a grown up displays silly and immature behavior. For example, when a person displays irrational fears for his age, we often say ‘don’t be so childish.’ Childlike, on the other hand, refers to being simple and innocent. Through this article, let us examine the difference between childish and childlike.
Galations 4:1 Christ the anointed one and His anointing.
Ephesians 2:18 Abba, Father, Deeper into the love of God. Through Him we have access by one Spirit unto the Father.
Ephesians 2:18-22 (Habitation not visitation) Faith is simply knowing God. I am a temple of God. His dwelling place.

It is past time to stop blaming others for decisions we have made or will make when we didn't ask God about it in the first place!

Prayer is Powerful

Be Encouraged: A continual dialogue with God throughout the day is imperative if I am to stay grounded and not cast down by life's occurrences. When I am slack in this, I struggle to remain positive. How can I be a light to others when I don't spend time with the
Light of the World?

LOVE & MERCY in ACTION!!

To have the mind of Christ and show His Love and Compassion ...
yes, these young people KNOW GOD and they are living, breathing sermons in these moments! Not just to the one being prayed for but to all those who were witnesses.

‘We got this’: Photo of coffee stand workers praying with grieving customer goes viral
Fox8.com report:
VANCOUVER, Wash. -- A photo of workers at a Washington state coffee shop is going viral for all the right reasons.

A customer in line at a Dutch Bros. coffee stand in Vancouver captured the emotional moment on Saturday. The photo shows several baristas grabbing a customer's hand and praying with her.

"She's like, 'She's just having a really bad day. Her husband passed.' And as soon as she said that, I was like, 'There's nothing more you need to say. We got this. We're going to do what we do every time we get someone who’s in pain or hurt. We're going to give them our love,'" barista Evan Freeman told KPTV.

Freeman and his coworker Pierce Dunn offered her a free drink and a moment of comfort.

The customer behind that car, Barbara Danner, shared the photo on the Dutch Bros. Facebook page with this caption:

"Snapped this picture while waiting in line at the Dutch Bros on 138th Avenue today. Turns out the young lady in line ahead of us lost her 37-year-old husband last night. When the DB guys & gals noticed she was falling apart, they stopped everything and prayed with her for several minutes, invited her to come back for prayer and support, as well as anything else that she might need. Prayers for the young family, and you know where to stop for coffee!"

In these days of evil and cold-hearted people, it does my heart good to be able to share this very special moment! There are many scriptures that come to mind but I am going with this one as the theme to this ...

James 1: 27

Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world.

Be Blessed!

Which End Times Church Are YOU In?

There are seven churches mentioned in the Book of Revelation. However, only two of the churches listed there have members living today. These are the churches of Philadelphia and Laodicea.  The church today has 90% of its members in the church of Laodicea [Revelation 3:14-22 The Lukewarm Church] and 10% in the church of Philadelphia [Revelation 3:7-13 The Faithful Church].

The 7 churches of Revelation listed and explained:

Ephesus represents the church of the first century; Smyrna the persecuted church of the next two hundred years. Pergamos is the church from approximately 312 A.D. until A.D. 717. Thyatira represents the church of the Dark Ages until the sixteenth century. Sardis is the church of the Reformation. Philadelphia is the church of the nineteenth century, and Laodicea is the endtime church of apostasy, the final church, the church of our day. You can read more here.

Notice that, in the following scripture, of the ten lepers cleansed, only one returned to Jesus to fall at His feet and thank Him! 10% were faithful - ... your faith has made you well.

Luke 17:11-19 (NKJV)
Ten Lepers Cleansed
11 Now it happened as He went to Jerusalem that He passed through the midst of Samaria and Galilee. 12 Then as He entered a certain village, there met Him ten men who were lepers, who stood afar off. 13 And they lifted up their voices and said, “Jesus, Master, have mercy on us!” 14 So when He saw them, He said to them, “Go, show yourselves to the priests.” And so it was that as they went, they were cleansed. 15 And one of them, when he saw that he was healed, returned, and with a loud voice glorified God, 16 and fell down on his face at His feet, giving Him thanks. And he was a Samaritan. 17 So Jesus answered and said, “Were there not ten cleansed? But where are the nine? 18 Were there not any found who returned to give glory to God except this foreigner?” 19 And He said to him, “Arise, go your way. Your faith has made you well.”

Daniel 12 (NKJV)
Prophecy of the End Time
12 “At that time Michael shall stand up,
The great prince who stands watch over the sons of your people;
And there shall be a time of trouble,
Such as never was since there was a nation,
Even to that time.
And at that time your people shall be delivered,
Every one who is found written in the book.
2 And many of those who sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake,
Some to everlasting life,
Some to shame and everlasting contempt.
3 Those who are wise shall shine
Like the brightness of the firmament,
And those who turn many to righteousness
Like the stars forever and ever.
4 “But you, Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book until the time of the end; many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall increase.”
5 Then I, Daniel, looked; and there stood two others, one on this riverbank and the other on that riverbank.
6 And one said to the man clothed in linen, who was above the waters of the river, “How long shall the fulfillment of these wonders be?”
7 Then I heard the man clothed in linen, who was above the waters of the river, when he held up his right hand and his left hand to heaven, and swore by Him who lives forever, that it shall be for a time, times, and half a time; and when the power of the holy people has been completely shattered, all these things shall be finished.
8 Although I heard, I did not understand. Then I said, “My lord, what shall be the end of these things?”
9 And he said, “Go your way, Daniel, for the words are closed up and sealed till the time of the end. 10 Many shall be purified, made white, and refined, but the wicked shall do wickedly; and none of the wicked shall understand, but the wise shall understand.
11 “And from the time that the daily sacrifice is taken away, and the abomination of desolation is set up, there shall be one thousand two hundred and ninety days.
12 Blessed is he who waits, and comes to the one thousand three hundred and thirty-five days.
13 “But you, go your way till the end; for you shall rest, and will arise to your inheritance at the end of the days.”

Revelation 13:16-18 (NKJV)
16 He causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hand or on their foreheads,
17 and that no one may buy or sell except one who has the mark or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.
18 Here is wisdom. Let him who has understanding calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man: His number is 666.

I am not a Bible scholar .. but I  am a Born Again Christian, praising and worshiping my Lord and Savior - Jesus - and asking Holy Spirit to teach me the wisdom God wants me to know. He has called me to be a watchman and intercessor. This is not a calling to be taken lightly or to be lifted up as if I am above anyone. Truth is I am the most unworthy person I know to be called to do this. I do not feel consistent but I know that by His Grace I can do all things through Him who Strengthens me. Please hear the warning! There are many that are calling out and so few who are listening!

We Must Arm Ourselves With Patience & Faith ...

A watchman (The Watchman Anointing) involves intercessory prayer (What is Intercessory Prayer). There is a mighty burden on my heart to get this message out!

Never take someone at face value. Always test the spirit. Use discernment to see if what is being said is truth or lies. That being said, here are pertinent things you should know about me. I have been saved for a long time. I wish I had done more for the Lord during that time, but I have made up my mind to do all that He requires of me now. When I asked to draw closer to Him, agreeing to do His Will in His Way, He gave me a new name of Anna in July 2015. I have been (and will be throughout eternity) in training to sit at His feet and listen to His heart and the wisdom He is sharing, I knew there was a time soon coming where I would be required to speak out!

John 4:23 But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him.
John 16:13 However, when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth; for He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears He will speak; and He will tell you things to come.
Luke 21:27-28 27 Then they will see the Son of Man coming in a cloud with power and great glory. 28 Now when these things begin to happen, look up and lift up your heads, because your redemption draws near.

Watchman: The events in the news, especially since Wednesday, Feb. 10, 2016, are the death knell ... we are past the point of no return and this time, God will not put a stop to it but will let man's plans continue on! The plans they have will not unfold as they expect, but as God has determined they will for His purposes. Intercessory Prayer: Prayer in the Spirit is the strongest prayer for intercession.

Everything is escalating and, during this time, we are called to be armed with Patience and Faith: As we co-labor with Jesus in the fields. Jesus will allow this heaviness so we must strengthen ourselves for intercessory burdens: the burden for souls and the suffering of birth pangs in labor. These pains will be forgotten later, as a woman who has given birth forgets the pain after the baby is born. This is the time in history for our part. We should rejoice in the sufferings ... this is the last minute harvest of souls.  Jesus is soon coming to take His Bride away to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb! Our crosses will not get lighter as we approach the time of being caught away ... rather we must arm ourselves with patience and with Faith. Conviction will be upon this battle field. Souls will come to Jesus ... one by one and hundreds by hundreds ... not one Jew, Gentile or Muslim will escape conviction. Perhaps they will be allowed a millisecond to call on Jesus for salvation in the midst of the carnage.

Here are the Rhema words Holy Spirit has given to me over the past five days:
Wednesday, 2/10/16
Hope -  2 Corinthians 4:8-10
8 We are hard-pressed on every side, yet not crushed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; 9 persecuted, but not forsaken; struck down, but not destroyed— 10 always carrying about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life of Jesus also may be manifested in our body.
Hope - Hebrews 6:18-19
18 that by two immutable things, in which it is impossible for God to lie, we might have strong consolation, who have fled for refuge to lay hold of the hope set before us. 19 This hope we have as an anchor of the soul, both sure and steadfast, and which enters the Presence behind the veil,
Death - Philippians 1:21-23
21 For to me, to live is Christ, and to die is gain. 22 But if I live on in the flesh, this will mean fruit from my labor; yet what I shall choose I cannot tell. 23 For I am hard-pressed between the two, having a desire to depart and be with Christ, which is far better.
Thursday, 2/11/16
Lying - Proverbs 12:19
19 The truthful lip shall be established forever,
But a lying tongue is but for a moment.
Hope - Colossians 1:27
27 To them God willed to make known what are the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles: which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.
God's Mercy - 2 Peter 3:9
9 The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance.

Jesus Second Coming - Philippians 3:20-21
Heavenly Citizenship
20 For our citizenship is in heaven, from which we also eagerly wait for the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ, 21 who will transform our lowly body that it may be conformed to His glorious body, according to the working by which He is able even to subdue all things to Himself.
Jesus Second Coming: Matthew 24:36-42
No One Knows the Day or Hour
36 But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, but My Father only. 37 But as the days of Noah were, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be. 38 For as in the days before the flood, they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark, 39 and did not know until the flood came and took them all away, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be. 40 Then two men will be in the field: one will be taken and the other left. 41 Two women will be grinding at the mill: one will be taken and the other left. 42 Watch therefore, for you do not know what hour your Lord is coming.
Children: Proverbs 17:6
6 Children’s children are the crown of old men, And the glory of children is their father.

Prayer - Luke 6:28
28 bless those who curse you, and pray for those who spitefully use you.
The Devil - James 4:7-8
Humility Cures Worldliness
7 Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you. 8 Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded.
Hate - 1 John 3:10-15
The Imperative of Love
10 In this the children of God and the children of the devil are manifest: Whoever does not practice righteousness is not of God, nor is he who does not love his brother. 11 For this is the message that you heard from the beginning, that we should love one another, 12 not as Cain who was of the wicked one and murdered his brother. And why did he murder him? Because his works were evil and his brother’s righteous. 13 Do not marvel, my brethren, if the world hates you. 14 We know that we have passed from death to life, because we love the brethren. He who does not love his brother abides in death. 15 Whoever hates his brother is a murderer, and you know that no murderer has eternal life abiding in him.

Jesus Second Coming - Revelation 22:12, 20
Jesus Testifies to the Churches
Rev. 22:12 “And behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to give to every one according to his work.
and
I Am Coming Quickly
Rev. 22:20 He who testifies to these things says, “Surely I am coming quickly.” Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus!
Fellowship With Other Believers - Acts 4:32-35
Sharing in All Things
32 Now the multitude of those who believed were of one heart and one soul; neither did anyone say that any of the things he possessed was his own, but they had all things in common. 33 And with great power the apostles gave witness to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus. And great grace was upon them all. 34 Nor was there anyone among them who lacked; for all who were possessors of lands or houses sold them, and brought the proceeds of the things that were sold, 35 and laid them at the apostles’ feet; and they distributed to each as anyone had need.
Eternal Life- Psalm 16:10-11
10 For You will not leave my soul in Sheol,
Nor will You allow Your Holy One to see corruption.
11 You will show me the path of life;
In Your presence is fullness of joy;
At Your right hand are pleasures forevermore.

A song in my heart and praise on my lips.
Yes, Lord, Yes

I'll say yes, Lord, yes
To your will and to your way
I'll say yes, Lord, yes
I will trust you and obey
When your Spirit speaks to me
With my whole heart I'll agree
And my answer will be yes, Lord, yes

Verse 1:

Lord, I give you all the glory
For all You've given me
You have filled my life until I overflow
All I have is yours to use
In an anyway You choose
You are Lord of all, so how can I say no?

Verse 2
If I never knew the fullness
of living in your will
I would never know how rich my life would be
Lord, my willingness to serve is the least that you deserve
for the blessings you have showered over me

Vessel of Honor

There is such a richness in life lived in the Spirit! We should let go of our rigidity, becoming flexible to the leading of Jesus. Where Jesus leads us IS the path He has for us! If we hold on tightly to what we have, where we live, what we want materially in this life ... then we will miss out on the wonderful plans He for us! His thoughts toward us are for peace and not for evil. (Jeremiah 29:11)

The Lord knows who are His! Let everyone of us who call ourselves Christian depart from iniquity. Let each of us possess our own vessel in sanctification and honor. Sanctification: Abstain from sexual immorality. If we cleanse ourselves of iniquity, we are vessels for honor: sanctified and useful for the Master, prepared for every good work!

We do not belong to ourselves but to God. It is my greatest heart desire to be as near to Jesus as I can be in the Throne Room of Heaven. Not out of pride or greed or thinking more highly of myself that I ought ... but because He is My Beloved and I long to be near Him forever and always!

Corinthians 6:17-19 17 But he who is joined to the Lord is one spirit with Him18 Flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. 19 Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own?

When we are tempted (and we will be as long as we are in these bodies of flesh), we must make a decision to let the temptation go. Not to give in or act on the temptation in any way. This is not just a physical action but a mental turning away and a refusing to entertain these thoughts. If we are weak, we only have to ask and we will be strengthened to overcome.

1 Thessalonians 4:3-5 (NKJV3 For this is the will of God, your sanctification: that you should abstain from sexual immorality; 4 that each of you should know how to possess his own vessel in sanctification and honor, 5 not in passion of lust, like the Gentiles who do not know God;

2 Timothy 2:19-21 (NKJV19 Nevertheless the solid foundation of God stands, having this seal: “The Lord knows those who are His,” and, “Let everyone who names the name of Christ depart from iniquity.” 20 But in a great house there are not only vessels of gold and silver, but also of wood and clay, some for honor and some for dishonor. 21 Therefore if anyone cleanses himself from the latter, he will be a vessel for honor, sanctified and useful for the Master, prepared for every good work.

So let me encourage each of you to joyfully live each moment, fully realizing that you CAN live a victorious life in Christ! He who began a good work in you will be faithful to complete it! Hold on tight to Jesus and ask for help when you need it! He gives liberally to any who ask! He knows when I need encouragement! My rhema words for today (2/12/2016) are really uplifting and exciting!

Have No Fear - Focus on Jesus ...

We need to be ready. We need to understand that our physical body is not important ... our identity, that lives on for eternity, is in our spirit man. Instead of feeling terror along with the rest of the population as things that must happen come to pass .... we should instead be aware and truly know that our time in eternity has finally arrived! We will soon be free to live on with Jesus, no longer encumbered by earthly limitations.

Jesus wants us to be prepared and focused on Him. There needs to be a point of recognition .. a fail-safe ... a realization that this is not our end but only our beginning. We need to give our fears to Jesus and trust totally in Him. As we have been spending time with Him, He has been preparing us and telling us what will be.

This will be a sign to all that Jesus has truly prepared His people. He has set us aside and prepared us. Jesus is with us! When the rest of the world goes into shock ... we will have Peace! Jesus' angels are stationed, even now, in preparation of that hour. But we all must be fully conscious and aware that Jesus is, indeed, living within us and beside us! Psalm 91 must resonate in us, with every beat of our hearts.

Memorize these verses. Let the knowledge and power take root deep within our spirits. That we will be able to stand tall and strong when terror falls upon the Earth ... for our redemption, at long last, will have arrived! We Will TRUST In JESUS and Not Be Afraid!

Psalm 91 (NKJV) Safety of Abiding in the Presence of God

91:1 He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High
Shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.

2 I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress;
My God, in Him I will trust.”

3 Surely He shall deliver you from the snare of the fowler
And from the perilous pestilence.

4 He shall cover you with His feathers,
And under His wings you shall take refuge;
His truth shall be your shield and buckler.

5 You shall not be afraid of the terror by night,
Nor of the arrow that flies by day,

6 Nor of the pestilence that walks in darkness,
Nor of the destruction that lays waste at noonday.

7 A thousand may fall at your side,
And ten thousand at your right hand;
But it shall not come near you.

8 Only with your eyes shall you look,
And see the reward of the wicked.

9 Because you have made the Lord, who is my refuge,
Even the Most High, your dwelling place,

10 No evil shall befall you,
Nor shall any plague come near your dwelling;

11 For He shall give His angels charge over you,
To keep you in all your ways.

12 In their hands they shall bear you up,
Lest you dash your foot against a stone.

13 You shall tread upon the lion and the cobra,
The young lion and the serpent you shall trample underfoot.

14 “Because he has set his love upon Me, therefore I will deliver him;
I will set him on high, because he has known My name.

15 He shall call upon Me, and I will answer him;
I will be with him in trouble;
I will deliver him and honor him.

16 With long life I will satisfy him,
And show him My salvation.”
