WE are the CHURCH! Not a Building!

It is important that we have a living relationship with God! Why do we think we need a church building to draw closer to the Lord? WE are the church! Saved by Grace and not by works that any man may boast! Saved Christians have the Holy Spirit living inside ... He will direct your paths. I am not saying you should not fellowship with other believers. Just please do not wait upon the 'perfect church' to draw closer and walk with Him! Jesus calls you but you do not hear. He wants to have times of fellowship with you. He loves you with an Everlasting Love that we cannot fathom the depth of! Please, set some time aside. Worship the Lord and listen for His still small voice ... you will hear Him in your spirit if you seek Him with all your heart, mind, soul and strength! He who began a good work in you WILL BE FAITHFUL TO COMPLETE IT! (Phil 1:6) Believe and do YOUR part! Spend time with Jesus!

Let us walk every day in Love and the Peace that passes all understanding. If/When things happen that your flesh wants to react negatively to ... give it to the Lord ... watch your words / guard your heart / surrender to Him and you will not grab on to this negativity!

Romans 12:19 (NKJV)

Beloved, do not avenge yourselves, but rather give place to wrath; for it is written, “Vengeance is Mine, I will repay,” says the Lord.

We are instead to LOVE as Jesus loves. To Forgive as Jesus forgives. We are to learn to be like Christ in all things. Daily making a choice to walk with Him on the pathways He has set for each of us. My tomorrows are as yesterdays to God! He has already been there so I should listen to Him and obey what He tells me. If you exercise Free Will you can walk out of the will of God for your life. You can decide not to do what you know in your heart you should do. Do not blame God if you go your own way and things don't work out as you had expected.

On Saturday, Holy Spirit gave me the following scriptures as my rhema words.

FRIENDS:
Proverbs 18:24 (NKJV)
24 A man who has friends must himself be friendly,
But there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother.

REVENGE:

2 Thessalonians 1:5-8 (NKJV)
5 which is manifest evidence of the righteous judgment of God, that you may be counted worthy of the kingdom of God, for which you also suffer; 6 since it is a righteous thing with God to repay with tribulation those who trouble you, 7 and to give you who are troubled rest with us when the Lord Jesus is revealed from heaven with His mighty angels, 8 in flaming fire taking vengeance on those who do not know God, and on those who do not obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ.

REVENGE:
Luke 9:52-56 (NKJV)
52 and sent messengers before His face. And as they went, they entered a village of the Samaritans, to prepare for Him. 53 But they did not receive Him, because His face was set for the journey to Jerusalem. 54 And when His disciples James and John saw this, they said, “Lord, do You want us to command fire to come down from heaven and consume them, just as Elijah did?”
55 But He turned and rebuked them, and said, “You do not know what manner of spirit you are of. 56 For the Son of Man did not come to destroy men’s lives but to save them. And they went to another village.

May you be blessed by these words and may a hunger in your heart to hear Jesus grow so that you don't want to ignore Him any longer!

Peace be unto you!
Anna
